Core Flex Strain Relief Quick Fit A23M This is a Quick Fit Cord Grip that can be fitted to the flex after it is connected to the lampholder. The Strain Relief Quick Fix loops onto the cable and then the plastic end is pushed through to lock it in place (see the additional images to see the strain relief in use). It can be removed or repositioned if needed.
