In 1944, Nazi authorities directed the application of its “final solution” to its ally Hungary. An experienced group of Nazi officials organised the deportation of Hungarian Jews to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration Camp. Meticulous in their record-keeping, the organisers even created a photographic album. That album somehow survived the war and is here presented by Images of War, with commentary by Ian Baxter.
