Ultra rare deluxe issue with several beautiful engravings. Older binding repair includes a tightly resewn binding with new bands and new heavy, white paper endpages. Original boards have been attractively 3/4 reinforced with brown leatherette. Boards retain original extensive tooling and gilt with minimal wear. Block retains original edge gilt. Text is edge toned with limited spots of foxing, staining, and soiling scattered throughout.
