Details This is a 1950s Kay ‘Old Kraftsman’ K161 model with a natural finish over a maple body. The guitar is in good playing condition with some structural wear. There’s a small crack in the headstock tahat leads to the G string tuner but looks stable. There’s minimal fretwear, a binding split on the bottom of the body near the tailpiece which isn’t spreading, and a small crack in the pickguard. A strap pin has been added to the neck heel. The guitar does not have a truss rod ant the action is currently at 2.5mm to 2mm at the 12th fret.
